A 22mm circle on the side of the ball. The dashed circle in the preview is that exact area at the same relative scale, so if it fits on screen it fits on the ball.

Yes. Turn on both sides in the customiser and you can put a different design on each. It adds $0.85 a ball.

PNG, JPG, GIF, WEBP and SVG up to 5MB. A transparent PNG or a vector SVG gives the cleanest edge.

Yes. Each design is a separate line in your cart. Twelve with one name and twelve with another ships together as one delivery.

Up to 50 characters, but shorter reads better. A name or a set of initials at 22mm is far more legible than a full sentence.

A digital press lays ink directly into the ball cover inside the print area. It is not a sticker, a transfer or a pad print.

No. The ink sits within the cover, not on top of it, so the aerodynamics are unchanged.

It survives normal play, ball washers and bunker sand. If a print fails on you, we reprint the order.

Yes, a person reviews every file before printing. If something will not reproduce well at 22mm we contact you before charging ahead.

Orders in before 2pm on a business day go into that day print run and ship the next business day.

Standard is free and takes five to seven business days. Express is $10 and takes two to three. Overnight is $25.

Yes, including regional addresses. Remote areas can add a day or two on standard delivery.

A tracking link is emailed the moment the parcel leaves us.

If we printed something other than what you approved, we reprint the whole order at our cost and cover return freight.

Personalised goods cannot be resold, so we cannot accept change of mind returns. Faults and printing errors are always covered.

All major cards through Stripe. Card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers.

Yes. Every price on the site includes GST and a tax invoice is emailed with your confirmation.
